History (1990): Interphase Acquires Ciprico

Interphase (Dallas, TX) moved in with a tender offer for Ciprico, Inc. (Plymouth, MN) with the latter’s consent.

Ciprico’s $11 million revenues will combine with Interphase’s $19 million.
