Infortrend Installed AFA at e-shelter services

Infortrend Europe Ltd installs all flash RAID arrays at e-shelter services GmbH, Germany, a large European data centre, part of the global data centers division of NTT

The new partnership at e-shelter’s lab is for end users and partners to evaluate Infortrend’s technologies together with other innovations from hardware and cloud technology providers.

From October 2019, Infortrend has partnered with KIOXIA Holdings Corporation (formally Toshiba) , the memory vendor, by installing a PoC solution, including enterprise SSDs and our EonStor GSa all-flash storage array, which has received a 5-star review along with Editor’s Choice Award from IT Pro Magazine. This PoC unit aims to serve applications requiring high-IO/s, such as database, virtualization, render farm services, and surveillance. In Addition, a storage server, an EonServ 7000 is installed to handle high IO/s and file transfers, which can further off-load high workloads, for example in surveillance applications.
