In the 8-inch form factor, Fujitsu offers 40 to 60MB.
In the 5.25-inch one, Hitachi’s products range from 16 to 80MB. NEC even reaches 125MB in the same form factor.
ln the 3.5-inch one, Newer Technology is marketing RAM disks ranging from 10MB ($2,695 to OEMs) to 64MB.
