Seagate sells big Cupertino office building for more than $100 million
Seagate Technology has sold a big Cupertino office building to a realty investment firm in a deal that points to ongoing interest in that Silicon Valley market.
Rubicon Point Partners was the buyer of the office building in a deal that was completed on June 18, according to Santa Clara County public records.
The building that Rubicon bought from Seagate totals approximately 140,000 square feet and is located at 10200 S. De Anza Blvd. in Cupertino, according to property databases and county assessment records.
The building was bought by Rubicon for $107.5 million, the county property records show.
