Vista Equity Partners, Datto’s Parent Company, Raises $850 Million

Vista Equity Partners (Vista), an investment firm focused on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses, completed fundraising for Vista Equity Endeavor Fund II, LP.

The fund was oversubscribed from a diverse group of limited partners and closed at its hard-cap of $850 million. Vista’s Endeavor platform now manages over $1.4 billion in assets and specializes in investment opportunities focused on scaling high-growth enterprise software companies.
