One Stop Systems Signs 5-Year $60 Million OEM Agreement With Disguise Systems

One Stop Systems, Inc. (OSS) has signed an exclusive 5-year OEM and supply agreement with Disguise Systems Limited for media and entertainment servers.

The agreement has a minimum business level to OSS of $60 million over the 5-year term, with OSS receiving exclusive manufacturing rights for all system level products sold by Disguise for shipments to the Americas, Japan and South Korea.

OSS designs and manufactures specialized computing modules and systems, including customized serve, compute accelerators, expansion systems, flash storage arrays and ION Accelerator storage software. These products are used for deep learning, AI, defense, finance and entertainment applications, and empower scientists, engineers, creators and other professionals to push the boundaries of their industries.
