StorONE Offers Tech Data Channel Partners Free Enterprise Storage Software
With Western Digital or Seagate drives
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on June 25, 2019 at 2:21 pmStorONE, Inc. announced a promotion for its channel partners that sell any Seagate Technology LLC‘s or Western Digital Corp.‘s HDDs through its distribution agreement with Tech Data Corporation.
Partners will receive a free 30-day license of the full version of StorONE’s S1 SDS solution, enabling them to affordably build and deploy flexible storage for all popular use cases – all-flash or hybrid arrays, high-capacity and VM appliances.
StorONE’s patented technology can support multiple enterprise functions: reach performance from AFA, SSD, and NVMe solutions; create multi-application secondary storage systems; supply persistent storage to virtualized environments; and/or use lower-cost commodity components to provide high-capacity, low-footprint solutions.
StorONE’s software can be used with any drive (SSD, NVMe and HDD) and any protocol (block, file and object), and users can combine drive types to achieve their required performance and capacity results.
Because of firm’s flexibility, it eliminates the need to plan and provision the infrastructure – users can grow their IT resources as needed, adopt new drive technologies whenever they come to market, and future-proof their storage.
“We appreciate the warm reception from Tech Data’s partner community and the ongoing cooperation of Seagate and WD,” said Gal Naor, StorONE co-founder and CEO. “We want Tech Data partners to provide their customers with superior results, and now they can try our complete enterprise, software-defined storage solution at no cost for 30 days, with Tech Data’s range of technical and business support services.“
