IBM intends to offer a managed service to help clients protect their critical data from disasters. It is collaborating with Veeam Software to expand the IBM DR capabilities.

Based on Veeam products, the managed service is intended to provide data protection for:

  • VMware VMs
  • Replication for VMware VMs
  • Orchestration capabilities
