J2 Global Completes 4 Acquisitions in 1Q19
Including Armada Cloud and Telsys, total of 36 small acquisitions in cloud backup since 2010

The acquisitions listed below grow the company’s global customer base, provide access to new markets and expand firm’s product lineup.
The acquisitions include:
• Armada Cloud (certain assets) – enterprise cloud backup (USA)
• iContact, LLC (certain assets) – email marketing (USA)
• SafeSend AS – protecting vs. accidental data loss through email (Norway)
• Telsys AS (certain assets) – online backup (Norway)
Terms of the individual acquisitions were not disclosed, and the financial impact to j2 is not expected to be material with respect to these acquisitions.
j2 has portfolio of brands including IGN, Mashable, Humble Bundle, Speedtest, PCMag, Offers.com, Everyday Health and What To Expect in its digital media business and eFax, eVoice, Campaigner, Vipre, KeepItSafe and Livedrive in its cloud services business.
It reaches over 180 million people per month across its brands.
As of December 31, 2018, it achieved 23 consecutive fiscal years of revenue growth.
