A disk drive buyer who challenged Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP’s push for $5 million in fees from a $25 million price-fixing settlement with Samsung and Toshiba in multi-district litigation has moved to appeal a California federal judge’s decision that shut down his objections.
