Cloudian Certified With HPE StoreOnce Cloud Bank Storage

Cloudian, Inc. announced that its HyperStore object storage platform is certified with HPE StoreOnce Cloud Bank Storage.

By enabling external object storage systems and services to be managed by StoreOnce, Cloud Bank Storage provides efficient movement of backup data to these cost-effective systems. As a result, HPE customers can take advantage of HyperStore’s exabyte-scalable data fabric, geo-distribution and S3 compatibility, reducing the cost of long-term data retention and DR. In addition, organizations subject to GDPR regulations can ensure local control of data as they map out where it is stored and protected.

HyperStore is at S3-compatible on-premises storage platform for unstructured data consolidation, supporting a range of use cases, including data protection, media archives, file sharing, medical imaging and artificial intelligence. With hybrid and multi-cloud interoperability across all major public cloud services, it provides cloud connectivity for DR and capacity expansion.

Backup data moved to Cloud Bank Storage can be recovered to the same or a different StoreOnce system, providing the flexibility for on-premises or cloud-based recovery.
