Cactus: 400 Series uDOM M.2 Industrial Grade USB Disk-On-Module M.2 in 2242 Form Factor

Cactus Technologies Ltd. released 400 Series uDOM M.2, an industrial grade USB Disk-On-Module M.2 in the 2242 form factor with socket two pinout using B+M keys.

These reliable USB 3.1 interface flash storage devices are available in capacities of 2GB and 4GB.

They are designed for industrial applications which require a thin module compatible with USB interface. All products have locked BOM control, performance, rugged construction and advanced wear leveling, ECC and defect management as OEMs have come to expect from the company.

Joseph Chang, VP, engineering, added: “The SLC NAND used to make our Industrial Grade M.2 uDOM allows for TBW of 120TB and 240TB even with their relatively low capacities. They are also available for applications requiring wide operating temperatures from -45°C to 90°C.“
