Matthew Oostveen CTO and VP of AsiaPac and Japan, Pure Storage

Pure Storage has hired Matthew Oostveen this month as CTO and VP of AsiaPac and Japan, being based in Singapore.

He joins Pure from Dell EMC where he was CTO for more than 5 years. He joined VCE 5 years ago, which was later bought by EMC, and then subsequently acquired by Dell EMC.

Formerly he was more than 6 years director of research at IDC after stints at Microsoft and IBM.
