Druva Opens Office on Pune, India
Company plans to reach 1,000 employees regionally.

The new space further expands its footprint and provides a central location for supporting its client base located across the US, Europe and APAC.
Since the company’s founding in 2008, Pune has remained the innovation hub for Druva. The new office signals a continued commitment to the region and will provide support for growing international demand. The Pune facility will continue to be a home base for Druva’s engineering talent pool, focused on building technology that will change how organizations manage and optimize their data.

Priorities for the local team will include providing support for growing needs around Druva’s data management applications as well as driving R&D around new areas of cloud storage, big data analytics, and AI-driven services, all within its Cloud Platform.
The Platform is a cloud-native solution, combining Druva inSync, Phoenix and CloudRanger to deliver a unified solution for data protection, security and governance across endpoints, SaaS, data centers, and IaaS. It offers customers the ability to pay as data is consumed, eliminating the need to invest in additional hardware or software. Unlike other solutions on the market, the Cloud Platform scales to accommodate hundreds of petabytes of data through its cloud-based architecture.
