He was president and founder of Peripheral Research Corp. in 1981, to focus on the technology and market trends of magnetic storage products and components.
This company was an industry analyst firm for the storage industry, organized industry conferences in Las Vegas, NE, Singapore, Germany, and Malaysia, and publishes reports and newsletters for the storage industry, focusing on technology components and capital equipment trends.
He has 30 years experience in the storage industry, and has published numerous articles and reports on the industry and industry trends.
He has held senior management positions at TRW Systems, Inc., Century Data Systems, and Applied Magnetics Corporation, in marketing, finance, and technical project management.
He was a co-founder of General Systems International, Video Systems International, Media Systems Technology, Rosscomp Corp. , Strategic Research Corp., and Prolytix Corp., and served as an independent consultant to Freeman Associates for two years.
He received his B.S. Degree on Business Administration from Woodbury University, and post graduate studies at U.C.L.A., and in Law at Western State University. He is currently a director of Santa Barbara North Rotary Club, and on the Small Business Loan Committee for California Coastal Rural Development Corporation, a State of California, Rural Development Corp.
He is a member of two company boards of directors.
