JMC Capital Partners Announces Source Code’s Acquisition of Silicon Mechanics

JMC Capital Partners announced that its portfolio company Source Code LLC has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Silicon Mechanics, Inc., based in Seattle, WA.

Headquartered in Waltham, MA, Source Code is in the design and manufacture of dedicated servers for independent software developers, AI, and deep learning applications, and a provider of IT services.
