APRO Co. Ltd. announces PHANES-I Series MLC M.2 2280/22110 PCIe NVMe SSD (MDP).

PHANES-I Series MLC M.2 2280/22110 PCIe NVMe SSD (MDP) are designed with PCIe Gen3 x 4 interfaces with 15nm MLC-NAND flash memory and support static and dynamic wear-leveling algorithm that provides the optimal performance, endurance, and reliability.

These series features Trim and S.M.A.R.T. The TRIM command enables the OS to notify the SSD which pages do not contain the valid data any longer due to be erased either by the user or OS itself. S.M.A.R.T. monitor tool helps the SSD to get the disk health status and anticipate potential failures beforehand. PHANES-I Series MLC M.2 2280/22110 PCIe NVMe SSD (MDP) also feature BCH ECC algorithm which can detect and correct errors occurring during the read process, up to 120 bit errors in 2K bytes.

PHANES-I Series MLC M.2 2280/22110 PCIe NVMe SSD (MDP) are compliant with NVMe 1.2 and PCIe Base 3.0 Standard, and the sequential R/W speed are up to 2,800MB/s (max.) and 1,550MB/s (max.). The operating temperature is optional for standard grade 0°C~70°C and wide temp grade -40°C~+85°C.
