Legendary Digital Networks Adopts OpenDrives

OpenDrives, LLC, a provider of fast shared storage solutions for the media and entertainment (M&E) industry, announced its enabling of media company Legendary Digital Networks to speed their production workflow by up to 10 times faster.

Legendary Digital Networks drives audience engagement faster by implementing OpenDrives’ NAS systems resulting in improved post production efficiencies.

His team had a specific need to serve proliferating media in a high-growth scenario. Legendary’s prior storage solutions were not sufficient, in terms of neither capacity nor speed and performance. OpenDrives implemented its Summit production storage product with OmniDrive media accelerator, which enables the Legendary team to collaborate simultaneously on large media files, a reality that was not possible with the prior solution.
