Laurent Bartoletti, EMEA Technical Expert for Data Management, Hitachi Ventara

Laurent Bartoletti worked for Hitachi (HDS and now Hitachi Ventara) since 1999 beginning as product marketing manager and since this month with the new position of EMEA technical expert for data management.

During his long career into the IT industry, the French citizen was:

• from 1993 to 1997 at SGI,
• then 2 years at EMC as sales engineer, and
• 9 years at Sun as storage product marketing manager.

He was also vice-chairman of the SNIA French committee between 2002 and 2010.
