Dell Technologies division Pivotal Software expects its IPO to raise up to $592 million.
Pivotal will offer 37 million Class A shares priced between $14 and $16 per share.
Pivotal had $280.9 million in revenue in FY16, $416.3 million in FY17, and $509.4 million in FY18. Net loss for those same periods was $282.7 million, $232.9 million, and $163.5 million.
