Meditech Certification for Pure Storage Data Platform

Pure Storage, Inc. achieved certification of its data platform for use with Medical Information Technology, Inc. (Meditech), a provider of electronic health records (EHR).

Pure Storage is also jointly certified by Meditech with Commvault’s EHR Data Protection solution. Pure and Commvault’s technology ensures healthcare organizations have quick access to sensitive clinical data. These certifications were achieved after testing of the Pure Storage platform by Meditech’s integration partner CloudWave.

Meditech customer Salinas Valley Memorial Health System (SVMHS), located in central California, was an early adopter of Meditech on Pure. SVMHS had a need for a new storage platform to support its Meditech environment.

SVMHS implemented Pure in late 2016.
