Two New Generations of LTO Added to Roadmap

LTO-11 (native 96TB) and LTO-12 (192TB)

The LTO Program, initiated by HPE, IBM and Quantum, added two new generations on top of LTO after current LTO-8 (12TB native) and coming LTO-9 (24TB) and LTO-10 (48TB):

LTO-11: 96TB native, 240TB compressed, and
LTO-12: 192TB native, 480TB compressed
