Neil Morarji GM for in Australia and New Zealand, Acronis

Acronis International GmbH appointed Neil Morarji as GM in Australia and New Zealand.

He will lead the growing Australian team in delivering data protection technology through developing trusted relationships with local partners and service providers.

Acronis offers a complete protection for all virtual, physical, cloud, and mobile workloads, supplemented with AI-driven active protection against ransomware and immutable blockchain-based data certification.

Acronis Backup 12.5 for businesses/enterprises and Acronis Data Cloud for service providers are secure backup solutions offering protection and unified web-based management for all workloads across any hybrid IT infrastructures.

Under Morarji’s leadership, Acronis’ Sydney-based team will help channel partners and service providers to distribute these solutions and benefit of the recently updated Partner Programs.

Morarji comes with over 20 years of experience in the cloud and digital transformation space. Prior to joining Acronis, he managed Ingram Micro’s cloud platform business (Odin) in APJ. He was responsible for business growth, professional services and alliance management, driving and maintaining sustained growth across regional cloud partners. And before that, he held the position of a MD at Parallels and Odin in Australia and New Zealand, building partnerships with large services providers and hosters.
