Jeremy Bauer CIO, Code42

Code42 Software, Inc. announced that Jeremy Bauer has joined the company as its CIO.

He brings with him information technology and security experience in building infrastructures for cloud-based enterprise software solutions that service millions of users.

In his new role, he will lead global IT organization and be responsible for advancing the cloud infrastructure that supports its data security solutions. He specializes in implementing IT operations and security practices that drive top-line revenue growth, while improving company productivity and development processes.

Bauer joins Code42 with more than 15 years of industry experience. He served as a CIO, chief security officer and VP in charge of corporate IT and data center operations for companies including Castlight Health, Digital River and SuccessFactors.
