While the infrastructure, application and data resides in your AWS account, under the customers control, they have the option to outsource the management and monitoring of it to Mithi, via limited access and controls.

Allowing them to have a dedicated setup, managed by a competent team.

The application deployed on this dedicated setup, is the new age email archival platform. Vaultastic, gives all the control and leverage to customise the environment, which includes retention policies, on-boarding rules, access control policies, administration and ediscovery rights.
