Elastifile Supports Amazon Web Services

Elastifile Ltd., an enterprise hybrid cloud data management company, announced its support for Amazon Web Services (AWS), and that it has been certified as a registered technology partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN).

The company demonstrated its data fabric for the dynamic cross-cloud workload migration at AWS re:Invent from November 27-December 1 in Las Vegas, NV.
 
The firm enables dynamic and cost-effective hybrid cloud workflows by integrating on-premises and on-cloud within a unified, high-performance data management platform. By leveraging the its Cloud File System and CloudConnect dynamic object tiering, enterprises can now manage both active and inactive data via cost-effective cloud infrastructure that scales according to the needs of their applications. Elastifile’s capabilities enable mission-critical hybrid- and cross-cloud workflows across a variety of industries including life sciences, semiconductor design, and MSPs.
 
With Elastifile’s support for AWS deployments, enterprise customers can deliver on their AWS hybrid cloud strategies including lift and shift, and cloud bursting, without having to refactor applications or compromise their enterprise SLAs and data services. As an APN registered technology partner, Elastifile’s software-defined data solution integrates with AWS to manage dynamic workloads with linear scale-out POSIX file services for all-flash active data workloads. It also integrates with Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) object tiering with data reduction for self-service file check-in and check-out between active and inactive data for a cost-effective and agile data management across sites and clouds. At re:Invent 2017, Elastifile showcased a set of demonstrations of this new hybrid cloud capability for AWS.
