Simms International plc is distributing the Intel Enterprise SSD range as an Intel memory and storage specialist.

Intel’s rugged SSDs have no moving parts and are uses in devices and for applications that require speed and reliability. Intel’s pioneering Optane memory – the first all-new class of memory in 25 years – creates a bridge between DRAM and storage to deliver intelligent, highly-responsive computing for the HPC market.

With a range of capacities up to 8TB, multiple form factors (2.5″, M.2, AIC and U.2) and interfacing with SATA III and latest-generation PCIe NVMe, Simms’ chief sales officer, Kevin Howse, sees substantial opportunity for the company to support MSPs, VARs and system integrators in reducing costs and improving efficiencies for their customers: “Data Centres will be a key focus for us.
