ConnectWise Distributing Infrascale

To bring alternate DRaaS solution to MSPs and IT resellers

Infrascale, Inc., a provider of cloud-based DR solutions, together with ConnectWise, Inc. announced a distribution partnership to bring alternate DR as a Service (DRaaS) solutions to MSPs and IT resellers.

The partnership and integration broaden Infrascale’s data protection platform to more efficiently deliver value to ConnectWise partners. For ConnectWise partners, it streamlines business operations, reduces operating costs, and increases business productivity and opportunity.

This summer, Infrascale was named as a leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for DR as a Service (DRaaS). This report evaluated the 24 vendors across fifteen critical capabilities to help IT leaders determine which DRaaS vendors offer products that align with their organization’s recovery needs.

Gartner’s report named Infrascale the number one DRaaS provider for small enterprise customers and gave them the second-highest scores for the medium complexity customer environments.   

Infrascale’s DRaaS offering has several other positive factors for TSPs considering a BDR solution, including a better price point than the competition, investing in hardware is not needed for partners with less than 3TB and Infrascale uses new technology compared to the competition.

Infrascale has developed several complementary integrations
with ConnectWise Manage, to benefit MSP’s, which include:
 

  • Bi-Directional Support Tickets: This integration delivers ticketing support including automated ticket closure. Whenever Infrascale cloud backup or Infrascale DR generate system alerts, support tickets are automatically created in ConnectWise Manage. Conversely, when those alarms are resolved, the related support tickets in ConnectWise are automatically closed.
  • Billing Events: Client data, including the number and type of computers (servers, endpoints, etc.), amount of storage consumed (subscribed, allocated and used) and other billing-relevant data are available in ConnectWise Manage to facilitate invoicing and billing.
  • Inventory and Reporting: With this expanded integration, the number and type of computers and on-premise appliances associated with a client’s BDR account is available in ConnectWise Manage for asset tracking and usage.
