Acronis Native Integration With Autotask Streamlines Provisioning and Management

Acronis International GmbH announced new Acronis Data Cloud integration with Autotask Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.

The integration allows service providers to operate their own packaged data protection services directly from the Autotask console.

Connecting to Autotask from the Acronis Data Cloud management console,
service providers can automate the following: 

• Creation of tickets in Autotask based on the Acronis Data Cloud service alerts
• Provisioning and billing for data protection services
• Setting quotas for customers in Acronis Data Cloud based on Autotask service plans

We’ve built the most innovative cloud-based hybrid data protection platform specifically for service provides and now we’re making it easy for them to buy and use it. In just a few clicks, service providers can integrate our services into Autotask and start selling today, without any upfront investment,” said John Zanni, president, Acronis.

Currently, Autotask integration supports Acronis Backup Cloud a Backup-as-a-Service solution supporting more than 20 types of virtual, physical, and cloud environments. Acronis DR Cloud, Acronis Files Cloud, and other Acronis Data Cloud services will be added in the coming months. The announcement of Autotask’s merger does not change Acronis’ commitment to supporting Autotask users. Acronis and Autotask will continue to a formula for service providers wanting to provide the data protection services to their customers.
