In this position, he will draw on his expertise in business strategy, digital transformation and business operations to help drive the next phase of growth at the company.

Accelerating Customers’ Digital Transformations
Sidhu will lead a team that will be focused on customers’ success throughout their engagement lifecycle with Nutanix. He will also lead the company’s business operations, strategy, and planning teams, working with the company’s sales, marketing and finance leaders.
He brings industry knowledge, customer experience, strategic insight and operational expertise to the company.
As SVP of strategy and planning for worldwide sales at Cisco, he architected Cisco’s global go-to-market engine that helped the company grow from $1 billion in annual revenue to $50 billion.
He co-led Cisco’s highly-profitable $16 billion enterprise business, its growing $7 billion emerging countries business, and its 1,200-person digitally-driven worldwide professional services business. He also spearheaded the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Cisco, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, an engineer with Intel and an entrepreneur at Excelan, a successful Silicon Valley start-up, through its IPO.
He is also a New York Times author of the books The Digital Revolution: How Connected Digital Innovations are Transforming Your Industry, Company, and Career and Doing Both: Capturing Today’s Profit and Driving Tomorrow’s Growth.
He is a frequently speaker, and has taught at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and UC Berkeley.
