FlashCore technology, which delivers fast storage response times for data-intensive workloads, forms the all-flash foundation of FlashSystem A9000. Integrated, software-defined capabilities, including data reduction and critical cloud features such as QoS, optimize storage economics and simplify management.
Model 425 for FlashSystem A9000 delivers improved cost, scale, and density, and utilizes the latest 3D-TLC NAND flash technology.

IBM FlashSystem A9000 supports FC or iSCSI attachment to the following servers:

- Intel and AMD processor-based servers
