SymplyConveyor Transfer and Sync Application From Symply

Symply, Inc. announced SymplyConveyor, an integrated high-speed transfer and sync application.

The application addresses a growing problem faced by post, in-house creative, house of worship, and digital broadcast facilities that are dealing with a greater amount of digital acquisition and delivery across various media formats and different locations. SymplyConveyor helps resolve these issues along with sharing of content and maintaining file synchronicity between locations, and delivering larger and high-resolution content remotely.

SymplyConveyor is new to consumers, but has been used in the SymplyULTRA since the product’s inception. It was originally developed for system imaging and software updates across many systems simultaneously. It has proven to be fast, reliable and easy to use. The company is making it available to all SymplyULTRA users to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual copy and sync operations.

Additionally, SymplyConveyer connects SymplyULTRA to the SymplyNEBULA, the company’s S3 cloud-based health-monitoring and analytics server infrastructure and third-party S3 based cloud services. These additional capabilities allow the firm’s eco-system partners with hosted applications on SymplyULTRA the ability to use SymplyConveyor functionality directly. Configurations that include axlevideo and the SymplySPORTS and SymplyBUREAU solutions can take advantage of these services today.

SymplyConveyor is scheduled to begin shipping with SymplyULTRA late in the fourth quarter.

Users who elect to take advantage of SymplyConveyer pay a small yearly maintenance fee with no per terabyte or usage fees. Ecosystem partners are encouraged to take advantage of SymplyConveyor functions as well.
