Nakivo Revenue in 3Q17 Grew by 84% Vs. 3Q16

New customers up by 116% in EMEA

NAKIVO Inc. announced its Q3 2017 results.

Customers
In Q3 2017, the company has acquired 94% more customers worldwide than in Q3 2016. The number of new customers grew by 116% in the EMEA, by 73% in the Americas, and by 29% in the AsiaPac region. As of Q3 2017, it has customers in 100 countries worldwide and has expanded into Sri Lanka, Ukraine, and Malaysia for the first time.

Revenue
In Q3 2017, the revenue grew by 84% worldwide vs. Q3 2016. Most of the Q3 revenue came from the EMEA region (52%), while 40% came from the Americas, and 8% came from the AsiaPac. The top three revenue producing countries were the United States, Germany, and Canada.

Solution Partners
In Q3 2017, 194 new solution providers joined the NAKIVO Partner Program and now offer company’s products to their enterprise and SMB customers. The firm now has over 2,100 software solution providers across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle-East, and AsiaPac.

Cloud Providers
NAKIVO’s Cloud Provider Program enables managed services, cloud, and hosting providers to introduce Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), Replication-as-a-Service (RaaS), and DR-as-a-Service (DRaaS) to their clients. In Q3 2017, the company has increased the number of qualified cloud providers to 162.

Product Releases
In Q3 2017, NAKIVO has released v7.2, which includes support for Asustor NAS servers, as well as instant object recovery and log truncation for SQL server, and calendar dashboard.

In Q3, we experienced strong growth in both customers and revenue, as more SMBs and enterprises switched from outdated legacy VM backup solutions to the newer technology found in NAKIVO Backup & Replication,” said Bruce Talley, CEO and co-founder of NAKIVO. “By partnering with Asustor last quarter, our customers can now turn their Asustor NAS systems into high-performance VM backup appliances while also improving VM backup performance by up to 2X.”
