Mark Adams Regional VP of UK and Ireland, Veeam

Based in UK HQs in Reading, he will be responsible for sales strategy and execution throughout the region. He will seek to unlock new sales revenue in the UK&I, targeting the enterprise segment while maintatining Veeam’s leadership in the SMB and commercial markets.
He will report to Olivier Robinne, SVP of EMEA.
Adams comes with a proven track record in building sales teams and delivering growth across companies with a disruptive approach. Most recently, he was senior director in VMware’s end user computing division, its second largest business unit, generating $1.2 billion annually. His tour de force at VMware was creating a data-driven business plan for global vCAN partners to drive VMware’s mobility and desktop businesses, including AirWatch.

Veeam recently announced 36 straight quarters of double-digit growth, reaching 255,000 customers worldwide.
Adams will seek to emulate his VMware success by spearheading Veeam’s growth in the UK&I, adding to its existing local customer base which is close to exceeding 20,000 customers.
