IDdriven Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire 100% of ioSafe
With installed base of 100,000 units in disaster proof storage

ioSafe is in disaster proof storage. Founded in 2005 with the goal of keeping data secure, it supplies enterprises and SME’s with a line of fireproof and waterproof storage solutions.
It has an installed base of over 100,000 units, with a customer base focused on security, disaster protection and compliance.
Robb Moore, CEO, ioSafe, said: “Our customers all have a mindset focused around physical security and privacy. The software of IDdriven is a great complimentary solution for cyber-security and electronic access.”
ioSafe is active in the US, Europe and Asia through a distribution network.
Arend Verweij, CEO, IDdriven, stated: “As we stated in the past, if the right opportunities arise, we will use that if it is aligned with our goal to grow revenues and access to customers. ioSafe represents such an opportunity.“
