SM2262 Ultra High Speed SSD Controller

The SM2262 is 8-channel high-performance PCIe Gen3 x4 SSD controllers for high-end client SSDs. It features four 8Gb/s lanes (PCIe Gen3 x4) of simultaneous data flow coupled with eight NAND channels supporting up to 2TB capacities. It delivers sequential read and write transfer speeds of up to 3,500MB/s and 3,000 MB/s, respectively, and random read and write IO/s of up to 370,000 and 300,000. By optimizing hardware and software to take advantage of PCIe 3.1 and NVMe 1.3 SSD specifications, the SM2262 solution delivers performance, better reliability, and low-power PCIe SSD solutions.
SM2263XT DRAM-less SSD Controller

The SM2263XT supports DRAM-less designs enabling SSD manufacturers to produce compact 11.5mmx13mm BGA SSDs at a lower BoM cost, as well as supporting the Host Memory Buffer (HMB) architecture. The DRAM-less SM2263XT maintains a 2,400MB/s maximum sequential read speed, and a maximum 1,700MB/s sequential write speed.
