Team Group L5 Lite-3D 2.5-Inch SATA SSD

Team Group, Inc. launches the L5 LITE-3D SSD.

Targeting consumer’s demand for computer storage capacity and performance, the company announces the solid state drive L5 LITE-3D with all 3D NAND technology.

The latest generation of 3D NAND flash memory has overcome the technical barrier of 2D NAND. With features of durability and low energy consumption, it has gradually become the mainstream memory of the latest generation and enhances the overall capacity of the SSD, the performance, and the reliability. It not only provides a better performance and endurance but also breaks through the technical and capacity limitations of planar chips.

The L5 LITE-3D SSD is four times ^(*) faster than the traditional HDD. Its performance and R/W speed allow fast boot/shutdown time and also speed up the response time of all application, so consumers can enjoy the speed performance immediately after the upgrade. It is lightweight and has an industry-standard 2.5-inch. With 7mm in height, it is suited for ultrabooks. Whether it is for laptop or desktop, the upgrade can be done quickly. It is using 6Gb SATA specification and capacities available in 120, 240, 480GB. The read speed performance is above 470MB/s ^(*), which improves the computer performance.

The L5 LITE 3D SSD supports Windows TRIM optimization command which is able to release free blocks, allowing the OS to use them later immediately when writing data. The optimized access control technology of NCQ can speed up the transfer and write performance of the SSD, and reduces performance degradation and wear and tear of the drive. This can prolong the service life of the SSD. The built-in smart algorithm management mechanism has functions such as garbage collection which is able to ensure operation efficiency. The Wear-Leveling technology and ECC function enhance the reliability of data transfer and provide consumers a trustworthy and slim 3D product.
