Evernex Appointed by Infortrend as Service Provider

Infortrend Technology, Inc. announced that Evernex Capital Solutions SASU, an European provider of IT infrastructure maintenance, has been appointed to further expand the coverage of its onsite service offerings for Infortrend storage solutions in the EMEA region.

The Infortrend storage solutions provide performance and resilience for businesses. With the growing customer base and demand throughout Europe, Infortrend’s onsite service covers additional countries including Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Romania, on top of existing European countries, thanks to the partnership with Evernex.

With training provided by Infortrend, Evernex engineers can provide technical assistance via email/phone, and on-site diagnostic with short response time. Parts can be exchanged onsite in situations like hardware failure. Infortrend provides the spare parts and manufacturer support in case of escalations.
