Pivot3 in Partnership With HyTrust, Veeam and Liquidware

Acuity is the only hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solution that combines an NVMe data path with a dynamic QoS engine to guarantee performance of mission-critical applications and consolidate multiple workloads onto a common infrastructure.
Because of these capabilities, Pivot3’s partnerships with HyTrust, Veeam and Liquidware will equip customers and service providers with additional flexibility in applying hyperconverged infrastructure to solve the IT challenges found with stringent compliance and security policies, modular workload encryption, ROBO environments and desktop virtualization.

Policy-Based QoS and Encryption with Pivot3 and HyTrust
Pivot3’s partnership with HyTrust, a workload security solutions provider, will combine the power of the Pivot3 advanced policy-based QoS engine with HyTrust’s workload-centric encryption solution. As regulatory compliance and client privacy requirements place greater demands on IT, this joint solution provides greater control of workload encryption and performance for mission-critical applications, as well as guarantee the security and performance for virtual desktops used to access sensitive data. Acuity with HyTrust provides secure, multi-tenant infrastructure that delivers the performance, automation, scale and efficiency required of cloud and virtualized data centers, as well as the levels of security needed to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard against risk.

Enhancing the Bottom Line for MSPs with Pivot3 and Veeam
Through Pivot3’s partnership with Veeam, service providers will have access to robust backup capabilities in ROBO environments, as well as a transparent DR as a Service (DRaaS) offering. DRaaS presents an opportunity for service providers to support end-user organizations that lack a secondary datacenter. By combining the improved density, performance and resiliency of Acuity HCI platform with the image-based VM replication of Veeam Cloud Connect, service providers can deliver integrated, fast and secure cloud-based DR to their customer base.

Ensuring Successful VDI Deployments with Pivot3 and Liquidware
Pivot3’s partnership with desktop transformation company Liquidware will provide greater value to customers who require a high degree of performance in the virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Acuity HCI platform delivers three times the density of traditional HCI solutions with the ability to support two to three times more virtual machines per node, and provides six times the performance with 25% less infrastructure. The partnership will enable Pivot3 to deliver assessment, design, on-boarding, monitoring and diagnostics based on Liquidware Stratusphere UX to companies looking to implement VDI for the first time or address issues with their existing infrastructure without impacting cost or user experience.
