Pax8 Offering Datto’s Portfolio of Products to MSPs Worldwide

Pax8, Inc., a value-added cloud distributor, announced a strategic partnership with Datto, Inc., a provider of total data protection solutions for MSPs.

Through the partnership, Pax8 will provide the suite of Datto's BC solutions worldwide, including backup and DR as a service (DRaaS) offerings, managed networking solutions, and cloud-to-cloud (C2C) backup services.

The announcement was made in conjunction with CompTIA's ChannelCon event, held July 31 to August 2  in Austin, TX.

At an annual growth rate of approximately 25%, by 2018, Gartner estimates that the size of the DRaaS market will exceed that of the market for more traditional subscription-based DR services.
