Richard Agnew VP UK, Ireland and Northern Europe, Code42

Code42 Software, Inc., in cloud-based endpoint data protection and recovery, appointed Richard Agnew as VP for the company’s operations in the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.

In his new role, he will look to accelerate growth of new customer acquisition in the region, and lead into new sectors and markets. In addition, working with the company’s Minneapolis HQs and international sales team, particular focus will be placed on putting customers first while rapidly building Code42’s enterprise footprint.

Commenting on the appointment, Mike Robbins, SVP of WW sales, Code42, said: “Richard’s knowledge of the data security and recovery market, and years of experience in the region, will be invaluable as Code42 continues to grow its presence globally. We look forward to having him on the team.”

Agnew comments on his new position: “It is time to take a new approach to data protection in the UK security market. Agnew brings a wealth of sales and management experience to Code42, gained through a career spent leading regional teams within internationally recognized brands such as Veeam, NetApp, and Dell.

Outside of work, he is a regular cyclist and competes in a number of local organized cycling events.
