Permabit: Plug-in to Virtual Data Optimizer Software for Nagios XI Infrastructure Monitoring

Permabit Technology Corporation has added a plug-in to its Virtual Data Optimizer (VDO) software for Nagios XI infrastructure monitoring for all mission critical infrastructure.

The addition of VDO support for Nagios XI was a natural step as the company continues to support global IT infrastructure and cloud deployments.

Administrators can utilize Nagios to monitor their VDO storage utilization and set thresholds for capacity planning. The Nagios plug-in for VDO is available to the company’s clients who are using VDO for data reduction on Linux.
