Spanish S&M Cloud Using Storage Made Easy File Fabric

S&M Cloud, a Spanish cloud solution provider, is using the Storage Made Easy File Fabric to promote a layer for data security and data monitoring for its cloud customers who use IBM  SoftLayer and IBM Cloud Object Storage.

The Storage Made Easy File Fabric solution addresses its European customers growing data protection challenges which include the forthcoming European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), shadow IT and the rise of ransomware.

S&M Cloud use the SME File Fabric to enable customers to better protect, preserve, and secure SoftLayer and IBM Cloud Object storage data.

S&M Cloud customers’ data is automatically backed up, from on cloud region to another cloud region without requiring user intervention. They can recover data for customers, as needed, using the File Fabric ‘forever file’ feature.
