It is a backup and DR solution purpose-built for AWS. CPM leverages and enhances native capabilities such as snapshots and adds an interface for scheduling backups and restoring instances. In addition to supporting application consistent backups on production environments, CPM also provides users with reporting, alerting, auditing, and dashboard functions. CPM already helps hundreds of enterprises and service providers protect the valuable data and mission-critical applications in the AWS cloud. CPM for GovCloud provides government agencies with the ability to automate backup processes and protect sensitive workloads from any type of data loss or outage within AWS GovCloud.

"We have had many requests for a GovCloud version of CPM, and we are excited to be able to offer our data protection solution to government agencies using GovCloud," says Andy Langsam, COO, N2W. "Government agencies are relying on GovCloud since it was approved for use, this means they are hosting critical services and these services require data protection. CPM for AWS GovCloud gives agencies the peace of mind that data is protected using tried and true solutions that meet their strict security and compliance mandates."

CPM is distributed as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) and is available in the AWS Marketplace as well as GovCloud. Government agencies interested in CPM for GovCloud can start with a free 30-day trial version from their GovCloud account.
