Salesforce Expanding Relationship With Dell

Dell, Inc. announces that Salesforce.com, Inc. is expanding its relationship with Dell by signing a multi-year commitment to use Dell EMC infrastructure in its data centers and empower its employees with Dell Latitude laptops.

Salesforce will extend its use of a variety of Dell EMC solutions, including VMAX All Flash

Isilon NAS storage arrays, Data Domain protection products and PowerEdge servers.

The all-flash storage arrays will provide the petabyte-level storage and data protection Salesforce requires. Dell EMC storage and services will enable Salesforce to maximize the performance, reliability, availability and efficiency of its infrastructure to deliver the Salesforce customer platform to customers around the world. With Dell Latitude¹ client solutions, Salesforce’s 25,000 employees will have access to secure, manageable and reliable business-class laptops.
