NeoSapphire P310 All-NVMe Flash Array by AccelStor

AccelStor, Inc. launches the NeoSapphire P310, the company’s first all-NVMe flash array.

The P310 delivers IO/s performance and low latency, making it an a  storage solution for enterprise, virtualization and VDI. Using just eight NVMe SSDs offering 6TB of raw capacity, it achieves 700,000 IO/s for 4KB random writes, providing an user experience and the flexibility needed for handling big data, analytics and media streaming.

The P310 is an all-NVMe flash array optimized for performance and low latency. It utilizes the PCIe interface, which provides point-to-point links with the processor, reducing system bottlenecks. It comes in a 1U rack mount form factor, yet achieves performance of 700,000 IO/s for 4KB random writes using 8 NVMe drives. The P310 also offers low latency with microsecond-level response time. Port connectivity options include 6x10GbE or 4x16G FC, suitable for most enterprise infrastructures.

Free Clone

Thanks to the company’s FlexiRemap software technology, the NeoSapphire P310 delivers features for VDI applications. Redirect-on-write snapshot provides both data recovery and an efficient method for capacity and performance management. It also packs firm’s Free Clone feature, which enables copying of datastores in the vSphere environment without allocating physical capacity. Other handy tools include snapshot backup/recovery, thin provisioning, thick provisioning, inline deduplication (zero page), and the vSphere Web Client plug-in. The P310 has achieved VMware Ready and Windows Server 2016, 2012 R2 and 2012 certifications, making it a storage solution for enterprise and VDI users.
