French Ugloo Raised €1.25 Million
Start-up with backup solution of distributed data
By Jean Jacques Maleval | January 17, 2017 at 2:56 pmAccording to Le Monde Informatique, Ugloo (formerly Ubiquitus), based in Amiens France, has raised €1.25 million, led by Cap Décisif et Picardie Investissement SA, to finance the development of its backup solution of distributed data, after getting €0.6 million in April 2016.
The company, now with 18 employees, was founded in 2015 by Christophe Laire.
Customers include Devred, Brinks, Orange, Salesky, Tred Union, Plaine Commune, Université de Picardie Jules Verne and Olympique de Marseille.
