RecaData Enters Into M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD Market With Marvell Controller and Toshiba Toggle 15nm MLC NAND

The M700 Series is firm’s fastest SSD, which will adopt the PCIe Gen3.0 x4 product interface, offers capacity up to 1TB, maximum sequential R/W of 2,800/1,800 MB/s and random 4KB R/W of 330K/260K IO/s (for 1TB model).
M700 Series M.2 SSD is designed with Marvell Technology Group Ltd. ‘s controller and mainstream Toshiba Corp.‘ Toggle 15nm MLC NAND flash memory, will be offered in both sizes like M.2 2280 SSD to M.2 22110 SSD. Considering endurance as key issue in enterprise applications like server, data center, workstation, cloud computing fields, they will offer eMLC solutions to improve the performance and endurance. The M700 Series is featured with ‘3H’ (higher capacity, higher performance, higher endurance) and ‘3L’ (less power, less space, less cost) as compared to standard HDDs, which will be around mid of January 2017.
Also, the company disclose that the generation enterprise SSD U.2 NVMe SSD with 2.5″ size will coming soon.
