Continuum Managed Services LLC released a case study on Karpel Solutions, a MSP that focuses on its clients’ strategic goals through cost effective technology.

In 2012, Karpel deployed Vault, the platform that marked Continuum’s entry into the DR market, but has since transitioned its clients to Continuity247, Continuum’s fully-managed backup and DR (BDR) platform. Karpel started as a software development firm in 1985, but today serves as an MSP delivering business and government solutions to companies in the greater St. Louis metro area. It has been providing IT services for 10 years and manages 1,800 end users across approximately 50 clients.
