Verbatim Store 'n' Save HDD: 8TB Desktop 3.5-Inch and 4TB 2.5-Inch Portable

Verbatim, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Kagaku Media owned by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, announces a range of Store ‘n’ Save USB 3.0 desktop HDDs with up to 8TB capacity.

At the same time, it is also launching a portable HDD 4TB version of its Store ‘n’ Go Portable HDD family. All these devices are styled with a smart woven pattern and are available to buy in Europe with two years’ manufacturer’s warranty.

Store ‘n’ Save SuperSpeed Desktop
With a USB 3.0 connection, the Store ‘n’ Save SuperSpeed Desktop transfers data up to ten times faster than USB 2.0. Formatted in FAT32, the drive can operate on Windows and Mac OS, and users can schedule and organise backups for their files with the Nero Backup software included free with the drive. It also has an on-off button to make ito switch it on only when required.

Store ‘n’ Go 4TB Portable HDD
For saving and transferring larger files such as photos and videos while on the move, the Store ‘n’ Go is for slipping into a briefcase or handbag. With its USB 3.0 interface the Store ‘n’ Go offers fast data transfer. It weighs just 224 grams and measurs 119x81x14.5mm (LxWxH) so it can be transported. As with all Store ‘n’ Go Portable HDDs, it is USB plug ‘n’ play, which means no additional power cables required, and is formatted in FAT32, enabling it to be used on Windows and Mac OS. Users can also benefit from the Nero Backup software that is included free with the drive to help them schedule and organise their backups.
